Smoking - As of January 31, 2009 we are pleased to announce that we are no longer offering smoking rooms, all Grand View guest hotel rooms are NON-smoking.

Cancellations – Cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to reservation date/check in. Late cancellations will result in your card being charged for a single night’s stay, regular rate of the reservation. Please review your entries carefully – you will be redirected to a secure page to provide your credit card information in order to confirm your reservation.

Check In and Out – Check-in time starts at: 3 PM, Check-out time is: Noon, Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for Security Deposit & incidental charges, Minimum check-in age is 21.

Special requests - Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed, No roll-away beds available.

Pet Policy – Pets accepted,(in our Pet Friendly rooms only).  Pet fee charged per night is: $20.00 per night in hotel rooms, two pets per room maximum, also require a security deposit for the pet, that is included in the $200.00 security deposit paid at check in.  Extended stay with pets $300 flat fee.

Deposit – Deposit: $200.00 per stay, may be cash or credit card, however your card must & will be authorized for $ 200.00).

Parking - Free guest parking only during stay.

Payment – We also accept MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept Discover or checks.
